Trigger Gmail Po Audit

Run the daily PO/RFQ inbox audit for all shops with connected Gmail accounts.

Scans each connected inbox for PO/RFQ emails received in the last 24 h, cross-references against portal projects, creates stubs for unmatched POs, and emails a consolidated report to shop owners. Called by daily cron.
