Get Source Ingest Checkpoint
Return the LangGraph checkpoint state for a source's ingest thread.
Used by the dev tracer's State view (Source Checkpoint section) to inspect the full DeliverableState at the source's current ingest checkpoint — messages, ingest_source_type, extracted_items, issues, etc. This is the richest per-source state available.
Returns the values dict from graph.aget_state() (the LangGraph snapshot's state values), plus next (which nodes would run next if resumed) and thread_id. Complex fields like LangChain messages are serialized via their .dict() method; unserializable objects fall back to str().
Returns 404 if no checkpoint exists (source hasn't started ingesting yet, or thread was pruned).
