Get History
Get conversation history from PostgresSaver checkpoint. Returns empty list for new threads or on checkpointer errors. For shop, thread is resolved from session (shop_id + user + instance_id query).
By default, AI messages tagged skip_in_history=True are omitted. These are responses the agent flagged at write time as poison candidates (apology after a tool-side error). They remain in the LangGraph checkpoint state for audit; pass include_skipped=true to see them.

Admin/debug only. When true, surface AI messages tagged additional_kwargs.skip_in_history=True (typically tool-error apologies hidden from normal users to prevent pattern-anchoring in future turns). Default false.
