Register an uploaded object as a project/quote file (JEEVY-1400).
Body: { project_id | quote_id, filePath, fileName, mimeType?, size?, description?, sourceType?, sourceSubtype? }. Creates the files row and, when the owner has a deliverable, its sources twin (queued into any active run). sourceType is the AI workspace's explicit source kind (audio, video, note, ...); omitted for plain uploads so the tier-1 auto-classifier labels the source. Returns { file, source }.
