Get Task Timeline

Unified timeline of all events on a task (or task + descendants).

Reads from the append-only task_activity_log table. Evidence documents are joined via activity_log_id on task_documents. Returns events sorted by timestamp (newest first). For group tasks, supports recursive descendant inclusion for full audit trail.
