Default target gross margin as a WHOLE PERCENT (25.0 = 25%), not a fraction. Every project inherits it unless that project sets its own target_margin_percent. The bounds mirror the column's CHECK: at 100% a job costs nothing, and below 0 the target budget exceeds the contract - neither is a figure somebody means to type.

email_audit_instructionsstring nullable

Natural language instructions for the daily email audit agent — tells the LLM what topics, keywords, or senders to flag in addition to the default PO/RFQ heuristic.

Shop city / region. Saving a location infers and writes shops.timezone, unless timezone is sent explicitly alongside it.

IANA zone, set by hand. Inference from location is a geocoder lookup and can miss - an address it cannot place leaves the shop on whatever zone it had, which silently shifts every schedule date. An explicit value always wins over an inferred one.
