Get Kg Node Subgraph Internal

Ego-subgraph — bounded neighborhood walk from one node (JEEVY-661 kg_traverse).

Generic contract: edge link_type→type, confidence→weight; provenance (match_method/link_source/status) folds into edge meta, same shape as get_kg_edge_internal. Node type is passed through as-is (kg_traverse's own node dicts already use the generic key name). Always requests edge provenance — service-auth, X-Internal-Key.
