Shops this login (workos_user_id) has a users row in — powers the shop switcher.

Self-service like /me/language: any authenticated user may list their own memberships; role/permissions in each shop come from that shop's own row. Non-switchable shops: no linked WorkOS org (the switch flow needs an org to pre-select, see /login shop_id param), or an unaccepted org invite (workos_invite_pending — WorkOS would refuse the org-preselected login).
