Get Kg Coverage

KG coverage: relational source rows vs projected KG nodes per entity type.

§2a direct-shop_id entities (users, personnel, shop itself). §2b PROJECTION_SPECS node-projecting surfaces via their ShopPath strategy — does NOT hand-roll joins; reuses the same v2 ShopPath readers used by the drain projector so counts stay in sync with the projection layer.

coverage_pct = 100 × kg_nodes / rel_rows. 0 rel_rows → null (not 0%).
