Get Current Deliverable Run

Get the most recent run for a deliverable, including delta information.

Phase 8: returns the latest run row plus:

  • newSourceIds: sources created after run.started_at and not in snapshot_source_ids
  • newSourcesCount: count of those sources
get/api/v1/deliverables/{deliverable_id}/runs/current
