Rename Po Group
Rename an already-raised PO: every line, then the stored document.
The track panel can correct a typed number after raise the same way it corrects a price — this write is the first half; Regenerating the PDF (generate_purchase_orders reissue) is the second. The document row is renamed in place so reissue still finds it under the new number instead of inserting a second row (or 409ing on the unique document_number).
Shop-wide uniqueness, same hard block Raise PO's custom-number input uses: a collision with any other item or PURCHASE_ORDER document in the caller's shop is a 409. Approval-gated groups have no number to rename (chk_mmi_approval_no_po_number).
