Return the shop's KG TYPE META-GRAPH — distinct node/link types + the (fromType, linkType, toType) triples that actually occur, with counts.

The structural-gap finder: a missing triple = a relationship type the extraction pipeline never projects. Mirrors internal.py's get_kg_schema_internal, behind user-auth.
