Does a shift cover this range, and if not, what would fix it?

Read-only when action is omitted. With action="create"/"extend" it applies the fix the manager confirmed. A task session is never added with a shift invented behind the manager's back.

Body keys are snake_case: the portal's fastApiBaseQuery rewrites every request body camelCase -> snake_case on the way out, so a route that reads personnelId never finds it.
