Return the shop's KG TYPE META-GRAPH — distinct node/link types + the (fromType, linkType, toType) triples that actually occur, with counts.

This is how an agent spots STRUCTURAL gaps in an LLM-extracted KG: e.g. "is there even a shop→user membership edge type?" (a real gap muther found). Computed from the LIVE edges joined to node types — no schema assumptions. Generic opaque strings; read-only; service-auth via X-Internal-Key.
