Get Kg Edge Internal

Return one edge's PROVENANCE as a generic edge-detail object.

edge_id is the opaque graph-contract edge id (= kg_edges.id). This is THE edge-debugging surface for an LLM-extracted KG — why a relationship exists, from what source document/page, how it was matched, how confident. Read-only, service-auth via X-Internal-Key.

Generic: link_type → type, confidence → weight; all jeevy provenance/source fields (match_method, link_source, status, source_id, page, bbox, origin, …) fold into the opaque meta map — no schema terms leak. Edges carry no financial fact VALUE, so no financial gate applies here.
