Bulk Delete Material Items

Bulk-delete material items from a list.

Unlinks any extraction matches before deleting (force mode). Items with received/QC'd units are skipped unless force=true — same protection as the single-item delete above (this endpoint had none until 2026-07-23; a checkbox in ItemsTable.js let anyone select and permanently destroy an already-received, in-inventory item's history with only a generic confirm). Returns count of deleted rows plus which ids were skipped and why.
