Get Kg Node Subgraph

Ego-subgraph — bounded neighborhood walk from one node (JEEVY-661 kg_traverse).

Always requests edge provenance (match_method/confidence/link_source/status) — this is the debugging surface, unlike kg_seam's retrieval callers which never pass it. Reuses traversal.kg_traverse verbatim; no new SQL.
