Self-service update of the current user's response-style directives (JEEVY-789 Phase 3.5, reworked P3.5-v2). NOT permission-gated — every user sets their own style preferences, same posture as /me/language. owner_user_id comes from the session ONLY (hard rule #7) — never from the request body.

Whole-array replacement for the user's Personal Rules — free-text behavior instructions, max 20 entries, 200 chars each. Each rule is screened against the shared memory-lane denylist (content + instruction-attack patterns) at write time; a rejected rule returns its 1-based index in the 422 detail.
