Get Kg Edges Audit

KG edges-audit: edge provenance histogram + shaky-inference tail.

§3a provenance histogram grouped by (match_method, link_source, status, confidence). §3b shaky-inference tail — edges with confidence < 1.0 OR match_method in {'fuzzy', 'llm'} (capped at 200 rows).

shape_only=True in the response body until sub-1.0-confidence edges exist (all shop:10 edges are currently confidence=1.0 after clean reproject).
