Revert Project To Quote

Revert a converted project back to its originating quote.

Body: project_id (int), confirm (bool, optional — pass True to confirm when project has downstream data).

Soft-deletes the project, unlinks quote-originated drawings/assemblies/bids/messages, and clears converted_to_project_id on the quote so it reappears in the quote list.
