Resolve Address

Turn a chosen suggestion into the three things the shop record needs: a printable address, coordinates, and an IANA timezone.

One endpoint for two Google calls because it is one user action. The timezone hangs off the coordinates, so it cannot start until Details returns; doing that hop here rather than in the browser saves a round trip at the moment the person is watching the field.

A null timezone is a normal outcome, not an error — the form keeps its manual picker. Coordinates are likewise optional to the caller: a resolve that yields an address but no point still improves on typing.
