List Claimable Stock

Stock a project can claim: on the rack and not already spoken for.

Scoped to the caller's shop and to lots with qty_available > 0. Deliberately NOT the receiving list filtered client-side — that returns every received item ever, and the claim drawer only ever wants the few with stock left.
