Match Inventory Item

Return inventory match stats for items in the shop whose description matches q.

Returns total count of all matching items (any qs_state) plus purchased/on-order sub-counts, and the most recent matching item for display. Used by the Add Item form to surface "already in inventory" banners. Shop is server-injected.
