Get Packet Timeline

What happened to this packet, oldest first, as finished sentences.

The sending shop sees everything. Any other shop sees only its own participation - never that a competitor was invited, never what one bid. The audience is decided here from the caller's own session, not from anything the request asks for, so there is no parameter that widens it.

A CLOSED round still gets its timeline. It is the one screen that explains why a shop's quote says Bid Closed, and withholding it is what made a pull-back look like the work had simply vanished.
