Get Deliverable Sources

List sources for a deliverable by its id.

Parallel to /by-quote/{quote_id}/sources and /by-project/{project_id}/sources, but keyed directly by the deliverable uuid. Added for the dev tracer's State view (Sources section) which only has the deliverable id, not the quote/project id.
