Update Capability Alias

Name a capability for this shop. A blank name clears it.

THE GLOBAL ROW IS NEVER RENAMED. capabilities is shared by every shop on the install, so a rename from one shop's settings would change the trade's name everywhere - including for shops whose personnel are already graded against it. This writes an alias instead.
