Set My Avatar

Commit (or clear) the caller's avatar path. Returns the signed URL to render.

avatarUrl: null removes it, which is the Remove action - the row goes back to NULL and the initials avatar takes over. The stored object is left in the bucket rather than deleted: a delete here would be irreversible on a misclick, and an orphaned 200KB image is the cheaper mistake.
