Merge one view's visible-column list into the current user's prefs.

Body: {"view": "projects"|"quotes"|"planner", "visibleColumns": string[]}. Self-service (not permission-gated). The planner view accepts an empty list (Task is always shown); the dashboard views require at least one column.
