Close Shop Time Entry

Close one shop session by id, at any age, cascading to its children.

The ordinary clock-out resolves the session through a 20h-windowed lookup, so a forgotten shift older than that cannot be closed from the table. This takes the row id the UI already has. Optional body: {"clock_out_at": iso} to set the real end time; omitted, a stale shift closes at clock-in plus the shop's standard day rather than at now().

snake_case, because fastApiBaseQuery rewrites request bodies on the way out (see the coverage route below). This read was camelCase and silently always None; no caller sends the field yet, so it never surfaced.
