Row-level detail for a KG connectivity defect class.

Reuses kg_audit_service.kg_anomaly_rows — same rows kg_health computes before reducing to counts. Row shape already uses opaque generic field names (id/type/fromNode/toNode/linkType, no jeevy-schema-specific terms beyond the node/edge vocabulary the whole graph already shares).
