Set (or clear) the canonical picture for a catalogue part.

THE PICTURE BELONGS TO THE PART, NOT TO A DELIVERY OF IT. Lot photos are evidence — this arrived, this was inspected — and they come and go with stock. This is identity: what the part looks like, so a buyer can tell a 4" flange from a 6" one at a glance. It survives every lot being consumed and is inherited by lots that do not exist yet.

Reads only, never writes, the qc_log and receiving_log a photo came from. Choosing a QC photo here copies the reference; the inspection record is untouched.
