Delete File Row

Delete a project/quote file — the ONE delete path for both file managers (JEEVY-1400).

  • A file with sources rows is SOFT-deleted: every source flips to ingest_status="removed" and the files row stays (other artifacts and KG document nodes reference it; sources.file_id is NO ACTION). The files-driven list hides a file whose only sources are removed.
  • A file with no source (legacy typed-table upload) is HARD-deleted: the storage object, any legacy build_docs / category row pointing at it, and the files row (comments/revisions/shares go via CASCADE).
