Read-only preview — NEVER mutates or claims. Deliberately requires no authentication (a scanner/SafeLinks GET is harmless here by construction: nothing to consume, nothing to leak beyond the same offer summary text already sitting in the sender's inbox). 404 for any not-found/malformed/token-mismatch case — never distinguishes "wrong token" from "wrong offer" (would leak which offers exist).
