Invalidate Extraction Cache

Invalidate rows in source_extraction_cache (Phase 4b). Platform-admin console operation (2026-08-18): the all selector wipes every shop's cache and even source_id is not shop-scoped, so no tenant may call it.

Exactly one of source_id / other_versions / all may be set. Returns the number of rows deleted (best-effort; some Supabase clients return [] for delete responses, in which case deleted is reported as 0 even when the operation succeeded).

other_versionsboolean

Invalidate every cache row whose extraction_version differs from the current EXTRACTION_VERSION constant. The standard ops sweep after a prompt/model bump.

allboolean

Last-resort: invalidate every row. Forces re-extract on every source on next Generate.
