Stadtwerk Mauer Landing-Registry draft -- read-only sync proof

Returns a deterministic Landing-Registry draft projection for the Stadtwerk Mauer Blueprint-Pack demo seed. The draft is derived from the canonical Blueprint-Pack demoProcessMatrix and keeps productive cernion.de publication pending. The endpoint performs no Landing-Registry write, Budibase write, deploy, publication, external connector, MaKo, billing, settlement, tariff, device-control, HITL, secret/key or Personal-Agent action.
