Receipt-grounded presentation contract — read-only renderer grounding check

Evaluates whether a requested presentation renderer is grounded by the supplied domain shape, executed source action and evidence gaps. This is a deterministic inspect endpoint only; it does not run Personal-Agent chat, execute tools, create HITL/interface-placeholder items, mutate data, ingest RAG or call external services.
