Live update stream contract -- read-only readiness evidence

Returns a deterministic read-only contract/readiness view for proposed UI live-update channels. The endpoint describes stream kind, tenant/auth boundary, source service/action, current availability, fallback polling path, heartbeat/resume expectation, owner, blockers, gaps and side-effect guards. It does not open SSE/WebSocket connections, subscribe to channels, emit events, create auth modes, call external connectors, mutate domain state or add Personal-Agent shortcuts.
