Stadtwerk Mauer Tenant Databrowser -- read-only bounded inspection rows

Returns bounded scalar category, item, trace and detail rows for the Stadtwerk Mauer Administrator Workbench. The endpoint is read-only, sandbox-scoped and does not export, replay traces, mutate public context, write Budibase tables or execute runbooks.
