Quality summary — recent reports from all agent pipelines
Returns the five most recent reports from each of the five agent pipelines (MaStR Quality, Grid Connection, Energy Sharing, Redispatch Ex-Post, Energy Sharing Allocation), structured as an agent-type array with last-run timestamp, key metric, and report list.
Optionally filtered by gridOperatorId (MaStR SNB/GNB ID). If omitted, returns the five most recent reports regardless of operator.
Cache TTL: 5 minutes (key: gridOperatorId).

Query parameters
MaStR ID of the grid operator (SNB.../GNB...)
Optional Cernion MCP token as URL query parameter. If provided, it overrides CERNION_TOKEN for this request. Prefer Authorization Bearer header in production to reduce token exposure in URLs/logs.
