Market communication evidence chain — read-only dossier-safe status

Classifies market-communication evidence for dynamic tariff, iMSys, consumption-data and billing-readiness cases. Portal screenshots, customer statements and provider views are hints only; official MaLo/MeLo, UTILMD/master-data path, meter values, consumption retrieval, data-quality status and next billing step remain separate required evidence. The endpoint is read-only and does not mutate MaKo, EDM, billing, settlement, VDMI or HITL state. When includeMakoKnowledge=true, an optional, advisory makoKnowledgeContext (Willi-Mako structural hints via willi-mako.resolveStructure) is attached; it never changes the default response shape, is never binding, and degrades to available:false if unavailable.
