Translates caller-supplied regulatory signal facts into operational VNB/EVU process, data, evidence, test-case and decision-gate hints. The endpoint does not provide legal advice, determine compliance truth, crawl sources, create workflow/HITL tasks, write SAP/ERP/GIS/MDM/Budibase data, mutate MaKo/billing/settlement/tariff/device-control state, call external connectors or add Personal-Agent shortcuts.
