SMGW connector readiness -- read-only evidence/status gate

Returns a deterministic read-only readiness/evidence view for a planned §14a SMGW / NES2 / EEBUS connector path. The endpoint reports integration scope, tenant/auth boundary, adapter class, control-domain intent, NES2 and EEBUS/TAF evidence, compliance/audit prerequisites, blockers, missing evidence, positive follow-ups and explicit side-effect guards. It does not pair gateways, register devices, dispatch TAF-7, publish MQTT, bridge EEBUS, create HITL work, call external adapters, manage secrets, mutate tariffs/billing, or add Personal-Agent shortcuts.
