Returns a deterministic dossier-safe status and evidence snapshot for a Gasnetz-Transformationsdatenraum. The endpoint is read-only and does not write Object-Store documents, ingest Knowledge-RAG sources, mutate ACL/export/archive state, create review snapshots, decide EOG/KANU/GasNEV matters, approve investments, create HITL/workflow items, call external connectors, or add Personal-Agent shortcuts.
