Browse available SDR/AE/GTM marketplace profiles

Browse marketplace talent.

Returns visible (complete + active) profiles, with the caller's already-hired SDRs filtered out. Anonymous profiles are masked unless the caller's org has previously hired them. Optional match_score is merged in from the per-org talent-match cache.

Certification tier (TitleCase, case-sensitive). AE tiers: 'Top Performer' | 'Leadership-track' | 'Senior' | 'Solid' | 'Transition'. SDR tiers: 'Strategic' | 'Data-Driven' | 'Independent' | 'Disciplined'. Canonical list lives in marketplace/usecases/admin_analytics/_shared.py::KNOWN_TIERS. Any other value silently returns an empty result set — that's the underlying DB filter behaviour, not a bug here.
