Reverse Commission Entry

CLAW BACK earnings against a refund. Writes a negative entry.

Never edits the original - the ledger stays append-only, which is what makes it auditable. Reversals cannot exceed the original in total, and the same event_id replayed returns the existing correction rather than doubling it.
