Delete a job post the org owns

Hard-delete a role plus its applications and role-match scores. Use for draft/test or obsolete roles.

Guarded: if the role has applications, this 409s unless force=true — so an automated caller can't wipe an applicant inbox by mistake. Pass ?force=true to confirm deletion of a role that already has applicants.
