Create Org Hiring Meeting

Log a meeting that happened outside the integrated calendar.

A BILLING INPUT, not just a record: the per-meeting rate bills meetings that reach status='taken'. This creates the row in scheduled and attributes it to the client; moving it to taken is a separate, client-owned transition, so recording a meeting here does not by itself bill for one.

Beside it sits /marketplace/org/hirings/{hiring_id}, which is the same hiring - the meeting is scoped to it and to your org, and a hiring belonging to another org is refused.
