Remove Agency Rep

Take a rep off your roster.

409 while they are on an ACTIVE placement or have a contract out for signature. That ordering is the point: ending the placement is what revokes their seat in the client's workspace, and archiving the listing first would leave somebody with live access to a client's CRM and no agency accountable for them.

The listing is archived rather than reverted to independent talent - an agency rep has no account, no payout record and no terms of their own, so there is nothing to revert to.
