Get Marketplace Contract
The contract for a hiring: body, signature state, and the key terms.
Readable by the two PARTIES only - the client org that sent it, or the talent it was sent to. Anyone else gets 404 rather than 403, so hiring ids cannot be enumerated by watching the status code change. caller_role in the response says which side you resolved as.
envelope.signer_token is returned to the TALENT only and is the secret the signing call needs; the client never sees it, because holding it would let them sign in the talent's stead.
