List My Service Statements

Your own statements, newest first.

billed_period_start / billed_period_end are the days ACTUALLY billed - the calendar period clamped to the engagement - so a rep who started on the 12th does not read as having billed a whole month.

An account with no marketplace profile gets an empty list, not a 404.
